 
Items such as furniture, jewelry, tools, and art objects belonging to the estates
of conservatees and decedents are sold at Searled Bid Auctions held at the Public
Administrator / Public Guardian warehouse. Items from each estate will be sold in one lot.
Auctions are scheduled periodically with a three day midweek inspection period, normally
Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 A.M. to Noon and 1 P.M. to 5 P.M and additionally on Thursday from 1 P.M to 5 P.M. Sealed
bids may be submitted no later than 5 P.M. Friday of the sale week.
